The path to love involves modifying the points of view we've developed about events, others, and most significantly, ourselves. Many of these beliefs have remained elusive, in spite of their power to influence our feelings and choices. In this "playshop" we will use interactive learning techniques to increase awareness, and then to modify what keeps us from fully living as the loving beings we really are. We will discover that we truly can love it all!

The process of shamanic journeying is very simple, yet extremely powerful and highly effective. In engaging in the shamanic journey, one moves between an ordinary state of consciousness (ordinary reality) to a shamanic state of consciousness (nonordinary reality). To assist in gathering information while in nonordinary reality, we seek the help of a guardian spirit, referred to as a power animal. This spiritual being protects and serves you, and in some literal or metaphorical way represents the connection with a deeper (higher) aspect of yourself - one that is full of wisdom and unconditional love.
